We partner with professional, licensed charter bus companies to provide a safe, comfortable ride, and we take care of the details so you don’t have to stress about driving, parking, or planning. From assigned seating to organized boarding and clear trip communication, we keep things smooth from start to finish.
Traveling with friends or family? No problem! Children ages 3 and up are welcome, and while seating requests can be made when booking, we do our best to accommodate everyone whenever possible.

MoonLit Tours LLC is a family-owned and operated travel company built on a love for exploring new places, planning memorable trips, and meeting new friends along the way. What started as a passion for travel has grown into something we truly love — sharing the journey with others.
Based in Grayson, Kentucky, MoonLit Tours was established in January 2026, turning a longtime travel hobby into a business focused on creating organized, enjoyable, and stress-free trips for our travelers.
We specialize in thoughtfully planned bus tours to popular destinations, with many of our trips designed as overnight (red-eye) journeys, allowing our guests to relax and sleep while traveling. From weekend getaways to special extended trips throughout the year, we take pride in handling the details so our travelers can simply enjoy the ride.

Most of our trips are red-eye trips, which means you travel overnight and sleep on the bus while we handle the drive. Skip the long hours behind the wheel, avoid parking hassles, and wake up closer to your destination feeling refreshed and ready to explore.

What destinations do you offer?
We currently offer trips to New York City, Washington DC, Nashville, and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, with many more destinations coming soon. New trips are added regularly.
What is a red-eye trip?
Most of our trips are red-eye (overnight) trips, meaning we travel through the night so you can sleep on the bus and wake up in an amazing place. Spend the day exploring and reload the bus that evening to return home. No hotels are needed!
What can I bring on the bus with me?
You may bring a small suitcase to be put under the bus for changes of clothing and other items, A small carry on and small cooler can be carried onto the bus. Also you may bring a blanket and pillow for comfort. If you have any questions about bringing items just reach out to us. Please note we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items…
💳 Deposits & Payments – FAQ
Is a deposit required to book a trip?
Yes. All reservations require a deposit to hold your seat. A reservation is not secured until the deposit is received.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due 30 days before the scheduled trip date, unless otherwise stated. Your seat must be paid in full by this deadline.
Can I make payments instead of paying all at once?
Yes. You may pay your balance in full at any time or make multiple payments, as long as the total balance is paid in full with 45 days of your travel date.
What happens if my balance is late?
If your balance is not paid by the due date, your reservation may be canceled, and any payments made will be issued as a travel credit, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Are payments refundable?
No. All payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, payments may be issued as a future travel credit, subject to our policies. IF seats can be sold you can get a full refund
How will I know when my balance is due?
Payment reminders are sent using the contact information provided at booking. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure payments are made on time.
What payment methods do you accept?
Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout or provided at booking. If you need a different payment option please reach out to us.
What happens if a trip is canceled by MoonLit Tours?
If a trip does not meet minimum booking requirements or is canceled by MoonLit Tours, payments will be handled according to our Go / No-Go policy and issued as a credit or refund as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
🌙 MoonLit Tours LLC – Terms & Conditions
By booking or traveling with MoonLit Tours LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Payments
All reservations require a deposit to hold a seat.
Reservations are not secured until the deposit is received.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the scheduled trip date, unless otherwise stated.
Passengers may pay the balance in full at any time or make multiple payments, provided the total balance is paid by the due date.
Late Payments
If the remaining balance is not paid by the due date, the reservation may be canceled.
Payments made will be handled according to MoonLit Tours LLC’s credits-only policy, unless otherwise required by law.
2. Refunds, Credits & Cancellations
All payments are non-refundable. Unless otherwise stated
If a passenger is unable to attend, payments may be issued as future travel credit per company policy.
Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable, unless otherwise stated.
3. Go / No-Go Policy (Minimum Booking Requirement)
Trips require a minimum number of passengers to operate.
If the minimum is not met, MoonLit Tours LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the trip.
In the event of a Go/No-Go cancellation, payments will be handled according to the posted policy (credit or refund, as applicable).
4. Transportation
MoonLit Tours LLC does not own or operate buses.
Transportation is provided by licensed and insured third-party charter bus companies.
MoonLit Tours LLC coordinates trips and manages passengers but is not responsible for vehicle operation, driver conduct, or mechanical performance.
5. Seat Assignment Policy
Seats are assigned by MoonLit Tours LLC prior to departure to ensure safety, organization, and efficient boarding.
Passengers may request preferred seating at the time of booking; however, requests are not guaranteed.
Requests to sit together will be accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Passengers must remain in their assigned seats unless otherwise directed by MoonLit Tours staff.
MoonLit Tours LLC reserves the right to assign or adjust seating at any time for operational, safety, or passenger needs.
6. Passenger Requirements & Conduct
Passengers must be fit to travel and able to sit for extended periods.
No alcohol is permitted on any MoonLit Tours LLC trip.
Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the trip without refund or credit.
7. Children & Safety Seats
Children ages 3 and up are welcome.
If a child requires a safety seat, the passenger must provide and properly secure their own child safety seat.
Parents or guardians are fully responsible for supervising children at all times.
8. Overnight / Red-Eye Travel
Many trips are overnight (red-eye).
Lights may be dimmed and quiet hours observed for passenger comfort.
Standing in aisles while the bus is in motion is not permitted.
9. Itineraries & Schedule Changes
Trip schedules, routes, rest stops, pickup locations, and itineraries are subject to change due to traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
MoonLit Tours LLC is not responsible for delays beyond its control.
10. Liability & Assumption of Risk
Passengers travel at their own risk.
MoonLit Tours LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
By participating, passengers agree to release and hold harmless MoonLit Tours LLC, its owners, agents, and affiliates from claims except where liability is required by law.
MoonLit Tours LLC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of third-party service providers.
11. Loyalty Program
Loyalty rewards are earned according to posted program rules.
Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.
MoonLit Tours LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time.
12. Agreement
By booking a trip, submitting passenger information, or traveling with MoonLit Tours LLC, passengers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
